EbookAI provides a service that transforms video content into eBooks. The process involves the following: Users submit videos via URL or file upload, and EbookAI delivers the finished eBook through a download link or directly to the user's account. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to the content and must comply with relevant laws. The accuracy of the conversion depends on the video’s quality, and some content may not be suitable for transformation.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal and binding contract between users (User) and the "App" EbookAI. Therefore, we recommend that you read these carefully, considering that EbookAI is a combination of technologies, an intermediary between third library and the User, you declare that you are aware of and have read OpenAi's Terms and Conditions (available at https://openai.com/policies).

LICENSE GRANT

Provided you comply with these Terms of Use, EbookAI offers you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes the ability to download or print portions of the Services as needed. Please note that any use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or storage of the Content beyond the intended use of the Services is strictly prohibited unless we grant prior written permission. Even if the Services provide features to copy or download certain Content, all restrictions outlined here remain in effect.

EbookAI leverage artificial intelligence systems to generate Assets. While we strive to ensure originality, some Assets may inadvertently resemble copyrighted material or trademarks owned by others. We honor the rights of intellectual property holders globally and encourage our users to do the same. EbookAI can be requested to take down any content that breaches someone’s copyright. For example, in the US, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”), as it relates to online service providers, like EbookAI, we may be asked to removem aterial that allegedly violates someone’s copyright. EbookAI respect others ‘intellectual property rights, and we reserve the right to delete or disable access to Contributions alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat alleged infringers. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

FEES AND PAYMENTS

You agree that EbookAI provides immediate access to digital content as soon as you complete your purchase, without waiting the standard 3-day withdrawal period. By proceeding, you expressly waive your right to withdraw from this purchase. EbookAI offers a paid Service. You can choose from three subscription plans: monthly, six months, or yearly, all payable in U.S. dollars. Each plan will automatically renew at the end of its term. You can cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time through the website or by contacting us at contact@ebookai.com. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund or credit for any amounts that have already been billed or paid. EbookAI reserves the right to change its prices at any time. If you are on a subscription plan, changes to pricing will not apply until your next renewal. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your subscription fees ("Fees") do not cover federal, state, local, or foreign taxes, duties, and other similar charges ("Taxes"). You are responsible for all Taxes related to your purchase, and we may invoice you for these Taxes. You agree to promptly pay any Taxes and provide us with documentation of payment or any additional evidence we may reasonably request. EbookAI utilizes third-party services to process payments securely. These external providers handle the transaction details and ensure the safe processing of your payment information. If any Fees are overdue, we may suspend your access to the Services after giving you written notice of the late payment. Additionally, you may not create more than one account to access the Free tier of our Services. If we determine that you are not using the Free tier in good faith, we may impose standard fees or discontinue your access to the Services. PAID SERVICES CANNOT BE TERMINATED BEFORE THE END OF THEPERIOD FOR WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID, AND EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLYPROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, EbookAI WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID.

PROHIBITED USES

You are solely responsible for your activities on the Site, including any content, information, or materials you post or upload. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Site. By agreeing to these Terms, you commit to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. REFUND POLICY

All purchases made through our app are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to unused services, dissatisfaction with the Service, or failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Our refund policy is in place due to the nature of the service, which utilizes advanced AI models to process and transform your content. Once the model has been used to generate results, the associated resources and costs are incurred immediately, making refunds impossible. Note: If you have not used the AI service, you can request a refund without any issues.
